A cup a day keeps the winter sniffles at bay!

A mixture of dried herbs containing – Buchu, Hibiscus Flowers, African Wormwood, Echinacea and Catnip.

Beneficial for – Stimulating appetite, Immune booster, General tonic, Strong antioxidant, Colds, Flu, Coughs
Preparation – Infusion – Pour 1 cup of boiling water onto 1 heaped teaspoon of herb. Leave for
10-15 mins. Strain (optional) and drink. A cup a day when you feel the sniffles coming, or two cups a day while you are sick.
Precautions – Do not use during pregnancy. Stick to dosage, do not use heavily over long periods of time.

    Highly recommend the Winter Tea.
    Struggled with a cough that would not go away for over a month, then got introduced to the Winter Tea which I started to drink every night. I saw a noticeable difference within a few days.
    Being a non tea drinker I was a bit hesitant but was happily surprised and how pleasant the taste is (would recommend adding honey and lemon), and now I drink it nightly. Its also very calming before bed ūüôā
