Will I get the exact crystals in the pictures?

Except for the unique specimens, group pictures are generally representative of the gemstones offered in that category and might not be the exact gemstones that you will receive. While we cannot guarantee specific requests, if you are looking for certain attributes, such as rounder, darker, greener etc, please add the request in the Order notes section during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in South Africa using either the South African postal system or a courier, depending on your shipping selection.   For South African Post, you can expect your order within 14 working days from day of dispatch.  We use Collivery as our South African courier partner, and depending on where you are, you can expect your order in 2 to 3 working days from day of dispatch.   You can track your order here.

We also deliver anywhere in the world using the South African postal system. 

Please note that Free shipping offer for orders over R350 makes use of the South African Postal System.  If you wish to have your order couriered instead, please contact us for a quote.

What happens if the product I ordered and paid for is no longer available?

We will make contact with you should it ever happen that  a product you’ve ordered and paid for is not available at time of shipping, to provide you with the opportunity to choose something else to the same value, or alternatively chose to have a refund. 

Are all prices in South African Rands? Do they include VAT & Tax?

All prices are in South African Rands and are all-inclusive. What you see is what you pay.

What is the minimum order amount?

The minimum order amount is R50. Also keep in mind that you will pay a standard shipping fee, so make the most of it and order in batches.

Do I have to use a credit card?

No, with PayFast, you have the option to pay via InstantEFT (you will need to log into your bank account and perform a standard EFT, which PayFast will then pick up immediately, and securely).  We also not offer a Direct Transfer option, whereby you do a once off payment from your bank account to ours.  As soon as the transaction shows in our account, your package is will be sent off to you.

What are Back Orders?

Back Orders are for products we don’t keep stock for or have to get made up especially for you.  These are usually dispatched within 7 – 10 working days from when we receive payment.

What are the Online Shop’s hours?

Our Online Shop is available 24/7, but orders are processed during normal working hours (Mon – Friday 10am -5pm, except Public Holidays).   Once we receive payment our order will be dispatched within 24 hours, unless the product you ordered is on Back Order.

How do I place an order?

Select your product and add it to your basket.  To view everything you’ve selected, click on Shopping Cart.  Here you can calculate shipping costs and proceed to Check out.  You will be asked to provide some basic information so we can get your package to you.  When you click on continue, it will take you through to PayFast who we are using for payments.
