Regular Flow Arts Gatherings and Classes
Some are looking for a way to stay fit throughout the year, while others just takes the time to play and connect with other like minded people. Below is a list of weekly and monthly gathering spots. Some of them offer instruction in the various arts, while others incorporate things like Yoga and meditation.
